The Boy Club is an intentional program for boys aged 11-16years, where they come together to learn, support, and mentor one another. At ELI, we focus on helping boys develop essential life skills that build strong, confident, and responsible young men. Through mentorship and advocacy, they learn the value of supporting each other and taking ownership of their growth.

Sports play a key role in engaging their creativity, teamwork, and leadership, while also teaching discipline and resilience. Additionally, we provide exposure to professional environments, offering real-world insights and career development opportunities.
