Who: ELI BoyzClub/GirlzClub (11-18y)

Event Description

ELI young men/women will be baking with the Young Men in YMES. This will be an incredible opportunity to share, interact, hear and connect with other young men. 

Outcome:

Connection

• Creates respectful, human-centered interactions between ELI youth and YMES residents.
• Helps youth see people experiencing homelessness as individuals with stories, dignity, and potential.
• Encourages healthy communication and mutual respect.

Community Engagement

• Provides tangible support to a vital community organization serving vulnerable young men.
• Reinforces the idea that youth can be active contributors, not just beneficiaries.
• Strengthens partnerships that model collaboration for social good.
